Formed in 1998 by Art Bakert, Nikolai Ruskin, Jesse Koennecke, and Brandon Loveall, Gadje has been "resurrected" with a new line-up featuring Bakert (guitar, lead vocals, and percussion), Koennecke (percussion and vocals), and Chad Walsh (bass and vocals). They will also be joined on occasion by special guest artists. As of December 31, 2007 they will bring their boisterous tapestry of Gypsy-music inspired Alt-Rock/World Music to Ithaca, NY and beyond.
